Visit to the Mountains

Last weekend we took a trip to Running Springs/Arrowbear to get some stuff done at our house there and to visit family and friends. It was definetly too short of a trip, but we had alot of fun seeing everyone!

It's a Girl!

On April 12th Corey and I went in for the baby's ultra sound and found out that we are expecting a baby girl. We are all so excited and can't wait to meet her!

21 weeks pregnant

Easter

On Easter the kids had such a good time finding their easter baskets full of goodies that the Easter Bunny left for them. They also loved finding the eggs they had colored the day before.

Egg Hunt

We spent Easter in Yuba City at Great Grandma Sue's House. On Saturday we took the kids to the park to see the Easter Bunny and go on an egg hunt. They loved it! Jackson ran right into the middle of the field while all the other 3-4 year old stood right next to their parents.

Lindsay Wildlife Museum

We took the boys to the Wildlife Museum today and they loved it! They got to see eagles, hawks, owls, coyotes, snakes spiders and lots of other animals. There was also a play area, and an area with big puzzles on the floor. Jackson had to do them all! We were able to get a family season pass which also lets us go to the Oakland Zoo for a year, so that will be our next adventure!

Hilary's Baby Shower

On Saturday I got to spend some time away and go to my friend Hilarys baby shower. Our babys will be about 5 months apart, and I cant wait until they can play together.

Ultrasound

I went to my second ultrasound yesterday. The machine they had was amazing! I could see all the little bones in the finger, the spine, the heart beating, legs kicking, etc. I was very suprised at how much I could see because I am only 12 weeks along. I have also had a few trips to my regular doctor and she is wonderful. The baby is doing great, and now that I am almost out of the first trimester and the morning sickness is finally going away, I am doing well too.

First trip to the library!

Last Sunday Grammy Bunny and I took Jack and Van to the library for their very first trip! They had alot of fun, although being quiet and whispering was a very hard thing for them. They got to pick out lots of books, Jacksons first one had to be about tractors. They got Curious George, Clifford the Big Red Dog and lots of others. Grammy Bunny has been reading about 6 books a night to them, and she says this is the best part of her day! I think it is the best part of Jackson and Donovans day too :)
